Sigmaringen

Sigmaringen is located in the nature park Upper Danube, one of the most beautiful river landscapes of Germany. The landmark of Sigmaringen is the Hohenzollern palace. It sits enthroned only a few metres away from the olt town of Sigmaringen and offers a lovely view over the city and the Danube Valley. The Danube Cylce Path is in close proximity. Restaurants and cafés offer Swabian and international specialities, local beers and the famous Hohenzollern cake. Five premium higking trails lead around Sigmaringen to picturesque flood plains, magnificent rocks and wonderful viewpoints.
