CYCLE AND FEEL GOOD ALONG THE WATER
“Holidays along the water”. That is a fitting claim for most of the “Swabian Danube valley”. The Danube forms the centre, but that’s not all. Numerous cycle routes stretch along the river cycle paths of Kammel, Mindel, Günz, Brenz, Egau and Zusam. More Water is provided by the lake scenery of the Danube plain and the rustic, sometimes mystical alluvial forests and moorlands. A possibility to put the bike aside and enjoy a swim or try out the water ski facility. Pleasure hikers benefit from three different natural areas. North of the Danube lies the Swabian Alb. South of the river you can discover the breathtaking Danube valley before the alpine upland begins. In these regions, you should enjoy the wonderful panoramic views.
